Just an idea, but I have seen several instances where protential clients have asked questions, and a member of the team has replied, and then later someone else, another member of the forums, not of the team, has replied, maybe sarcastically, which may just may, put the client off buying a license. Maybe only unlicensed and team members should only be allowed to post in there. Just my 2 cents..
