Why can't I start a new thread in the vb2 'How do I' forum?

I registered in the community forum

I purchased the software

I've been to the members area and d/l the software

You have my license and site info

Why can't I post in that forum?

I did that already. It shows my email addy. The other three boxes are blank. Do I have to enter another email in one of the boxes? Does it have to be an email from my site?
