Are there any plans to continue making more international vBulletin sites? I noticed that there were a lot of German members so a vBulletin-Germany was made, and now I see that the vbulletin-france and vbulletin-spain domains have been registered as well.

Any plans there?

not officially, these have been registered by 3rd parties who are looking to either make money from providing vBulletin services or to provide support.

Does vBulletin plan to expand to the Spanish and French markets? If so, when?

These things are being considered but there is no timetable on this as yet.
