Lost User#

I lost my user# and password in a server crash (imap and everything = gone)

I am trying to download a clean tarball so i can rebuild the forum from backups of the db, but i cant get in. There is no contact on the site for technical or whatever issues - its all in the member area. but to get into the member area, i need my user# and password.

My registered email (nutcase@NOSPAM.begroovy.com) wont work as the server is currently down and being rebuilt. but ryanabrams@NOSPAM.mac.com will work. remove NOSPAM from both of those to use obviously.

Would someone who can give me a hand please contact me ASAP?

You can request your customer number and password by going to http://vbulletin.com/forums/lostpw.php

If you can't receive email at the address you used when you purchased vBulletin, you need to send in an email to sales@vbulletin.com
