Question: Can I offer free forum hosting...

I coded a little script that allows users to sign up at my board, and sign up a board for there site, its hosted on my server with one liscense, and uses the same database, I have coded a system that gives them their own user database and integrated it with the current user database, and allows the user to manage his forums, header etc.

Its again uses one board, one database, and my liscense, the copyright will be displayed on all signups, I just would like to get a go or no go from the developers.

If you are duplicating the vB tables to create multiple 'forums' within one database, then I would consider this violating the spirit if not the letter of the license agreement. If you want a definitive answer, then send an email to support@vbulletin.com and we can assign the question to John.
