Hm, "if" and "would" doesn't work together by the way.
"If you like to buy..." would be more appropriate actually.

I think it works best as it is.

For example.

"I like to buy the German version of vBulletin. I do all the time"

or

"I would like to buy the German version of vBulletin. I shall do so right away"

Take your pick.

Well, both sides are right. Initially (!), it wasn't proper english, read up in your english books if you forgot. However, as I have been told by a friend of mine, the Americans etc. enjoy "stretching" those rules, so it became correct.

And CeleronXT: nope, that is correct english.

That is not the proper way, but you can say "If you'd like to buy..."

then that'll make sense.
