Appointing administrators

I am an administrator and I want to appoint another user as an administrator. How do I do this?

If they are already registered with your board, in the control panel pull up the user (users-find) and change the user group to administrator. I fyou want them to have a different title then administrator, then you can set up a user group with the same permissions as the administrator and set the person to be of that user group.
