Wrong text displayed - Please help

Dear vBulletin support:

I changed the rules for the Guest/Unregistered usergroup so they can now post new threads and reply as well.

When I go to my forum, they can in fact do so, but the wrong text is displayed:

Forum Rules:
Who Can Read The Forum? Any registered user or guest.
Who Can Post New Topics? Any registered user.
Who Can Post Replies? Any registered user.

The last two should say "Any registered user or guest."

This needs to be fixed... did I do something wrong? Is this a bug? What exactly do I need to do to make it show the correct text?

You need to go in and manually edit your forumrules template.
