Moving the board to a new server...please help

I have board on f2s but their services are terrible! the board is down 80% of the time. So I want to move it to spaceports. Is there any way of presering the posts?

You need to do a database backup. Best way for this is to setup phpMyAdmin from phpwizard. net and choose the DB Dump option. Then use phpMyAdmin again to insert that dump onto your new host.

You won't be able to do the telnet stuff seeing as free hosts don't generaly have telnet but just use phpMyAdmin instead.
