i can answer about any question (cc details, name address etc.) but i cant get account info because hotmail have locked out my email.

Send an email to support@vbulletin.com with your name, new email, date of purchase (can be aproximate), your adress, original email, and details about the credit card you made the purchase with.

yup aswell as switch,solo etc.

they use worlpay,paypal you can even pgone them etc try it just type in a Qty e.g 1 then proceed to the basket :)
