I'm looking for a very experienced PHP/MySQL developer to help develop a site with A LOT of potential. The developer would own 1/3 of the site which will be owned by 3 people total (including the developer). The site has the potential to grow VERY quickly and generate A LOT of money through a revolutionary new ad concept that will be incorporated into it.
