Change smilies table border

I would like to customize the border around the smilies to something like I'm seeing on this 'post new thread' page. I have looked through the CP templates but haven't been able to figure out where/how to do it. I realize that this is a real newbie question but hoping someone will be kind enough to help out. Happy New Year eveyone!!! :)

I think what you are looking for is in the vbcode_smilies template

edit {firstaltcolor} and {secondaltcolor}

Thanks so much for responding. :) I'll check it out shortly. We are just getting the board ready - it's not up yet. Did the expand/collapse forums hack today - my first! - and it went without a hitch. Not too shabby considering I couldn't read HTML six months ago!! I'll post as soon as we go live. :D
