need some advise on how to remedy the following;

1. cannot upload or change avartar from the profile option 'Browse'
alto size set to 150x150, still shown :
vbulletin message:
"The file that you have tried to attach is too big. The maximum size is 150 bytes" even if i upload a size of 25 x 25 pixels.

2. where to change the color of thumbnail on the left of the main forums??
