We are currently in the process of redesigning SportsCentralBoards.com and have hit a snag. The template has been changed, and everything looks good except for actual threads. We assume it is a problem with the showthread templates. It is inserting the contents of the thread outside of where it is supposed to go. To see what I mean:

Obviously, the contents should go between the two blue sides, but is instead stretching the whole length of the page. This is the only place this happens. I guess my question is would this problem lie in showthread or perhaps is it a header/footer problem? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Here's a link to our test site to see what Nate and I mean: http://www.sports-central.org/scmb_new -- everything looks fine except for the actual threads. Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

That's a broken link.

Maybe this is your problem however. Go to your "showthread" template and get rid of this:

<!-- End content area table (CREATED IN HEADER!!) -->
</td>
</tr>
</table>

</table> Thanks, I corrected the link above, by the way. I did what you suggested and it made a huge improvement, but the border is still messed up and not perfect: http://www.sports-central.org/scmb_new/showthread.php?s=&amp;postid=66527#post66527

Any further help is greatly appreciated. :D

We got the thread problem fixed, but now we have hit another snag. The same type of this is happenening on pages such as signup and login. See: http://www.sports-central.org/scmb_new/register.php?s=&amp;action=signup

I'm sure it is a problem along the same lines in terms of solution, but I have no clue what template to look in. Thanks in advance for any help.

Yes, and it appears to be the case ONLY when you are logged out. When you are logged in, it is fine. If you are logged out and click on Nate's link, the problem should be apparent. Any idea why this is happening? :(
