you make a web design for you hosting company although you aint gonna sell it its just 2 build your portfolio up and ppl rip it email you and say take it down or we will contact there legal ppl?

However, the chances of somebody ripping a design that contains nothing but tables is very unlikely. No offense, but if you asked me, I'd say that the ripping was not done by them.

Their implementation is much more fluid, with images that fit with the design to make it look like an original.

I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt, but your design, with its broken images and stuff looks very much like you saved their website and deleted the images.

yea is that so? well howcome they addmitted to ripping it? just because i didnt finish all graphics doesnt mean to say they could ad a few different logos.. case closed anyways when they heard about soliceters they pied there pance

... makes me think that maybe a decent spelling / grammar checker for the next version of vBulletin should really be priority...

I'm just calling it the way I see it, and from what I can see, a "design" that consists of nothing except for about 5 tables in HTML is a) Not worth ripping b) Would not go anywhere in court.

maybe he visited our forums with the 7 page discussion? :p
well it was his second white design that they think is ripped or summin. they provided a kind of proof but well... its sliced weird and the logo is just well doesnt look like he made it in what ever the design is

and the matter was resloved anyways they openly addmited they ripped it the thread had 7pages its been deleted as it looks bad
