I know, none of us like seeing "****", but there is a way to make money from the people that try to swear. Instead of just *, it can be a link to Allclicks.com or some other pay per click program, **** (http://www.allclicks.com/) (using your affiliet link of course).

Cool idea, but who is going to click on the ****? Of course I did just to see what it would do!

And if I may ask - how many click did you get so far?

:::Cool idea, but who is going to click on the ****?
Every one who's interested in seeing where the ****'s link to. And after they figure it out you always have new guests that will be interested in seeing where it links to.

It's hard to see how many clicks you get unless you create an account and only use it for that. Allclicks only allows one account per person.

Another thing to do is edit populer words so it shows the word as an affiliet link.
:::And how many of your forum members are interested about purchasing vbulletin?
Very few!!! My sites are video game sites and in the last year and a half the link at the bottom has generated only one sale. So yes, the make money per click censor would make a lot more than if it was linking to buy the board.
Also, one more note, use the vBulletin code, otherwise it will show the HTML code instead of being the link.

The problem with this idea is that some people like to use inline links and your members wouldn't want to "risk" clicking on some ad, and your members wouldn't feel comfortable making posts their usual way for that very reason...
