vbulletin doesn't come with more than just the default style?

Don't get me wrong I think vbulletin is probably one of the best forums around, however, I think the default style is just plain ugly and I was surprised they didn't include a few other styles to pick from. Most of the other forums and/or portals I have worked with come with other styles/skins and you can select them in your options very easily.

It appears I will have to take a bunch of time and make a different style. Yes, I realize that people have styles available, however, most of the ones I have seen pay styles.

Maybe this should go in the suggestions forum. vBulletin please include more styles in your next release at least a couple to pick from. The purplish blue has to go heheh.

Yes, vB comes with just the default style, but there are plenty of sites out there that offer free styles.

I would first have a look at www.vbulletintemplates.com (http://www.vbulletintemplates.com)

Chopper was also kind enough to release the style for his forum.

I think you're missing the point. It's not about the style as it is, it's about the lack of choices.

Nobody said anything about hard. It does consume quite a bit of time to sit down and start messing with colors. It is not really a complaint so much as it is a suggestion. This is payware and it should probably include 2 or 3 options to choose from style wise. Most all of the freeware solutions have that.
