There are a lot of features/templates like ICQ etc.

E.g ICQ : How can I activate this template so that all users can see the UIN/flower in a post??

2.
Ok, I want to change the backgroundcolor for some templates like FAQ manually.
How can I do this, I don't want to change it in "Styles" for all.

1. Remove the HTML comment tags from around the $icq words in your templates.

2. Edit the template HTML directly.

What you want to change has nothing to do with the PHP code. In fact you can create on of the most unique forums in the world without every touching or learning PHP...

You need to work with the templates. If you read the vBulliten User Guide it will explain the various templates for you.....

To get started on ICQ look in the following templates
