Showing Banners Half Way Through Threads

Hello,

Im pretty sure someone had mentioned this in the past but I couldn't find the post on it.

What I want to do is show a banner ad half way through the threads in between the posts.

So lets say we have 20 posts a page...it would show 10 posts...show the banner...then show the remaining 10 posts.

Does anyone know of the thread I'm talking of OR have any idea how I can accomplish this task?

i remember the thread... ekk.. we need the search facility to do

search by username="padders" and term="banner" that would find it.. i started the thread i think if that helps.

i advise you don't do that.. it really does annoy members.. i had alot of one of my competitor's anime forums migrate to my forums due to iframing such a banner in between posts... not nice

once upon a time a forum (fatwallet.com) even tried to put ads in every post - that really did no go ever well.
