[fixed] thread split-bug

Don't know if it's still in progress because I'm not a mod, but when I click on the thread-split link I get an error:

Parse error: parse error in /usr/local/etc/httpd/sites/beta.jelsoft.com/htdocs/postings.php on line 564

This actualy dose it on all admin functions at the bottom of each thread.

That's because you are not a mod, but it still shouldn't have been appearing. It was fixed in some previous update.
