Ok, there's PC anywhere 10.5, which is about $180, but I wouldn't mind saving the dough if possible. Is there a way I can use terminal services and remote desktop?

I'll be sending this machine off to the host later this week, and I just want to make sure I'm doing the right stuff. Thanks for your help.

Is there a way I can use terminal services and remote desktop? Sure. Just install Terminal Services and put the client on your machine. Of course, you should make sure:

- You use strong passwords.
- Only one user can login via TS.
- Server and client support high encryption.
- Admin account is renamed, guest removed, etc.
- You use IP Security so TS (and FTP, etc if you can) may only connect from your IP.

3DCheese, this is good stuff. Thank you. Also use a VPN so that such services aren't even available unless you are authenticated on the VPN.
