If someone quotes someone in a reply (which happens automatically so much this is quite important) then the email notification is basically just the quote. So; when people reply to your posts all you get in the email is what you posted - which is clearly not that useful :)

Perhaps we can just skip quotes for email notifications.

Yesterday I made a thread with an option for the end user to select what type of E-mail notification to receive.

Plain (vb2 style)
Default (as it is now)
noQuote (ignores the quote)
