Email Notification be Default

Will there be a way to turn this off in the admin CP other than turning the email options off? If I'm not mistaken there wasn't a way in vB 2.2.x and it annoyed a lot of my members.

You've always been able to change the default simply by modifying the appropriate templates.

You can change this in the registration templates so it defaults to 'No' instead of 'Yes'.
