Hey fellas just wondering what you would suggest for bandwidth per 100 members?

It's impossible to calculate. Your site might get a lot of visitors, be graphic intensive, be gzip/zlib compressed, etc.

Without gzip I pull about 4 GB with 250+ members and near 10.000 posts and 1.000 topics.
With gzip I pull about 1,5 to 2 GB with those same stats.

Ofcourse, if you use A LOT of graphics to build up each page and you let users attach a lot of graphics, then it can grow faster to 10gb (with gzip even) in a short time.

Just make sure you can keep an eye on it :)

I use GZip too, and push about 35-38 Gb/month. I have 2000 members.

My 95th percentile rate is about 300 kbps.

You ask in the blue, which is difficult to answer. Best thing to do is to lower the bandwidth i.e 10GB and then increase it step by step if the host is flexible (without charging $$$ extra for the setup).
