I purchased vbulletin earlier this morning. I was sent a confirmation of my purchase but never an email with my license, software, etc. I've sent off two emails to the sales team but keep receiving automated responses stating they'll be in touch within 2 working days. I choose not to wait two business days for a product that was supposed to be delivered withing a few minutes. What can I do to resolve this problem by either getting what I purchased TODAY or a complete refund of my money?

The two day thing is a generic response. However if your order hadn't been processed properly by World Pay, it can take that much time for us to verify that they even received the funds let alone process your account.

I have handled your support ticket so this issue here is closed.
