YaBB Message files, easy to convert to vBulletin?

I currently own a YaBB SP1 board with 1100 members and 40,000 total posts. Does anyone know if the message files are anything similar to VBulletin? Would it be possible for me to migrate all the message and member files to a vBulletin if I got one setup?
