Right now I am planning to lease a License for one Year. My question is that, after one Year if I want to get a Owned License, how much do I have to pay? Not $160, is it?????

Yes in case your leased license runs out you will need to pay the full 160 to get an owned one. However, you can upgrade from leased to owned for the difference within the first month of your purchase.
