ventures online vps's??

i heard ages ago they had loads of problems with ventures online vps's coz they were gettin hammerd with traffic does n e 1 know if those problems r sorted n if the service is better now? im thinkin of movin my vb from one of there shared accounts to speed up my board and am not sure if its for the best

Their service didn't work for me...too many headaches...

I just moved my board, and my other 3 sites to Remarkable Hosting, and haven't had any problems so far...

Kat, do you mind if I ask what plan you have with Remarkable? I currently have a VPS with VO with 256mb ram, but it isn't enough. The site dies every day. We're looking for a new host, but can't go virtual. Your forum looks huge, so I'm guessing you have enough resources to support it. Are you using a Remarkable Private Server?

Remarkable Hosting is a good choice, small but decent. I have only heard good things about them.

Yes, I use their "Advanced Plus Private Server" plan, and I haven't had any problems yet...in fact, I have 3 domains IN ADDITION to my forum.

So far, I'm very pleased with the move. :cool:
