vB3 Feature List

I am looking at purchasing vBulletin, and read that I will have the ability to upgrade to vB 3 when it is released. I would like to know if there is a "new feature" list that i can compare the differences and upgrades from 2.8 to 3.0 ..... Thanks again :)
