IS VB for me? Knowing "0" about forums?

I know what I like... And VB seems to be what I want. But, as a graphics person who knows nothing about installing a forum, how hard would it be for an illustrator to install VB? I can shake my buns to raise the cash to obtain a license, but the installation fee just shakes the coins out! :D

So how do you think I'll do? Eager, I am!

You may need a little HTML and server knowledge, but it's nothing you can't learn in about an hour ;)

About as easy as installing Windows. :) With a good host who can install all the server software for you, it's even easier.

Assuming your host has already installed PHP and MySQL, it really is very easy. Instructions are provided and we (the team) are happy to give kmore guidance if you need it.

Very nice! My host has PHP 4 and MySql 3.23.?? So I will be purchasing VB later tonight.
