access --> SQL convertor

Hi

I have 3 questions:

* I am running an access driven phpbb forum, but I would like to know if there is a convertor that can create an SQL database for use with VBB.

* Is it possible to completely lock the forum down?

* Is there a fully modded version of VBB available for download?

--> Yes there is a phpBB importer script. It isble at the members area once you purchase your vBulletin license

--> I'm not sure but if you are refering to turn off the forums, yes it is possible. It will turn off the forums too all users except moderators and administrators.

* Is there a fully modded version of VBB available for download?
There isn't a modified version of vBulletin available however you can grab a few code hacks from vBulletin.org

Locking the forums closes it to everybody but administrators (i.e., moderators are locked out too) :)
