what is involved with transferring a license from one site to another?

I'm thinking of purchasing a second vBulletin license for use on a site which I'm not sure will actually use the forum or not. If that site doesn't go, what is involved in transferring the purchased license to a new site (new project) - is there any cost involved in changing the site you have associated with an owned license, or would that be free?

It is free.. All you have to do is edit your URL in the Member's Area.
