I have just purchased and downloaded vb 2.2.6 but i need a server/host, i currently usetripod uk (http://ww.tripod.lycos.co.uk/)but i do not know if it has the right capabilities . Does anyone know any free hosts? I can not spend any money at the moment because of the cost of vb 226.

First of all, if you just purchased vBulletin you would of been able to download version 2.2.8 and version 2.2.8 alone. (you couldn't of downloaded 2.2.6)

Then you shouldn't of said "I have just purchased and downloaded"... "just" isn't two months ago.

Nonetheless, there are many fine "paid" hosts out there.

Another user at my forums recommended FloHost (http://www.turtletips.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=893), but I'm not sure I'd go with them after a user in his name posted some immature "I'm quitting" message at WebHostingTalk.
