I'm in Brazil and run a forum, but off a server based in the UK - KDA. Their service is excellent, first class, and I pay less than I would locally. If you'd like more info, please drop me an e-mail at dennis@htforum.com

If you really, really want a local server, I suggest you take a look at Locaweb: www.locaweb.com.br they are pretty big and Exame magazine has considered them the best Brazilian host in 2002.

There are tons of them :D but as I said before I chose to use KDA as they offered a better price/service package for the GB.

I suppose you speak Portuguese? All you gotta do is a search in the Internet and you'll find loads of them.
