[sug] Put the db error message in the actual page rather than in comments

I've noticed that a lot of people say "I've gotten this error" and copy the generic "There seems to be a slight problem..." message without knowing it's not a unique error message. How about putting the actual stuff that's normally in HTML quotes on the visible page?

Because it doesn't look as professional or clean.

In vB3 I believe it will be shown to admins.

The database error IS shown, but only to admins (in vB2 too). Obviously if vB couldn't connect to the server then it has no way of telling whether the user is an admin, so no error will be shown.
