Clickable smilies don't work with Netscape 7.0

They did work on NS 6.x on vB2.x :mad:
And they work here now on vB 2.2.8 with NS 7.0 :confused:

Also, the "show all smilies" does not open.

I can confirm this one here. Smilies 're broken with Netscape 7.0 and Mozilla 1.2b (Build 20020926)
