The Report Post | IP: Loggged should be at the bottom of the table as it is in most other posts, but that seems to turn up like that when one posts short posts.

It's more of an aesthetics thing, I guess.

It's because there is no way to subdivide a cell without adding another nested table, which is not desirable, or adding a div, which some browsers have major issues with (not naming names).
