Forums Invisibale To certain users?

Hi all, I dont know if this has been asked before but here goes.

Im thinking about setting up a new forum for Counter Strike (its a game :) )

Anyway, i'd like to be able to host different clan forums within the main forum.

Is their a way to make it that only members of clan [A] can see posts posts in the clan [A] forum etc.. only members from clan [C] can see posts in the clan [C] forums etc.

If so.. how?

Also, the forums within forums over at vbulletin.org how was this done? Each hack has its own little forum.. nice :) Thats the kind a think I want to do..

If so.. how?Turn on hideprivateforums and deny access to the forums. (IE, deny [A]'s access to [C] and you're set)

Each hack has its own little forum.. nice :) Thats the kind a think I want to do..That's an incredibly custom done solution. :) The forum table has 15 or 20 new columns (fields) in it for hacks. Whenever someone submits a hack, they're basically making a new forum.

The first isn't a hack - it's just setting some switches.

Hi all, still cant seem to get this to work :(

I make make certain forums all limits, but peole either have acess to all of these forums or non at all... any way around this ??
