Time Zone on forumhome

This should be an easy question....I tried to search the Forum but all of these words are under the minimal 4 characters.....

Anyway:

Near the top of the forumhome it says "The time now is 10:20 PM."

And near the bottom of the forumhome it says:

"All times are GMT. The time now is 10:20 PM."

I want to eleiminate this redundancy in time display.

What template do I need to go into to get rid of this entire BOTTOM time line.
