How do I align the top_buttons

Can anyone tell me how have the top_buttons aligned to the right side so they WON't stretch the table?

THe buttons are larger than the norm, so they seem to have "stretched" the table?

Make Sense?

What html do I have to edit? Do I have to put the buttons on another line?

I want the WHITE part @ the BLUE arrow and the RED arrow ALIGNED along the green line.
