[acknowledged] Attachments no preview / errors

When trying to use the "preview" page attachments do not show. Instead the regular preview page displays minus the attacment aka image, but the page on top has many errors.

I have not been able to reproduce the errors at the top of the page.

The loss of attachment over the preview is a problem. I cannot get the file field to keep its value, and this is something that we will have to look into in more detail.
