Admins\Mods Exempt From Flood Control

In UBB, Admins and Moderators were exempt from Flood Control - I think this is a good thing to add into v2.0.

yeah... it's shoudl able separate privileges for mods and for admins - so

you can turn on/off flood control or set separate flood control settings for
- mods
- admins

Admins should also be able to use HTML on a non html forum.

An admin should be able to do whatever he / she wants without having to go back to the cp and change options.

I agree 100%. I hate being told by *my* forums that can't do something because "the administrator has disabled...".

I'm a power junkie, what can I say?
