OK, this is probably the stupidest quesiton here, but I can't find the answer doing a search.
How do I make my vBulletin the home page to my site? Should I have all the files in the www directory rather than another subdirectory?

I would that that would work. if you have other files in the main directory like index.php or index.phtml or something like that you may want to get ride of that. you could also have a meta linking to the subdirectory.

or you could always put a frame in your index file to the board

in your root directory or wherever you want you can put in a .htaccess
In the .htaccess file put:
DirectoryIndex /path/to/vBulletin/index.php
That's all you have to do really... :)
I did that with UBB when I had that running

Yup, .htaccess is probably what you want to do. :)
