I opened 2 days ago a support ticket (SID-18937).
I kindly request to review it, when a support team member have the time.
I think is a little complicated the procedure, but something went wrong related to my owner license and it needs to be solved asap.

Only a forum Admin can do what you are requesting and unfortunately they have been unavailable for that last two days. Unfortunately there is nothing the rest of us can do. You'll just have to wait until an Admin is available.
