How will the Moderation Queue work in version 2.0? Will there be the option to allow certain users to bypass the queue while forcing other, less trusted users into it?
The way I'm thinking is this, all admins and moderators automatically bypass the queue. All senior members can bypass the queue, and all junior members and guests must go thru the queue.
Ideally, this could be set globally and refined on an individual basis.
For instance, if I have a junior member that I know I can trust, he can be placed in an "unrestricted" user class, allowing him to bypass the moderation queue. Similarly, if a user who is automatically trusted since they are a senior member gets out of line, it would be nice to be able to place them in a restricted group that is forced through the moderation queue.
I know a lot of this sounds complicated, but I think it would help me (and I'm sure a lot of other VB users) to filter out the junk that some people try to post in our forums.
