show if someone's writing a reply

I would love it if vb could show if anyone has started to write a reply. The username could be shown somewhere on both the forumpage and the threadpage so that anybody visting that forum & thread could se that theres a reply being written and posted "anytime now".

probably would, should be a toggle feature inn the admin section.

I'm using vb on an internal web with little trafikk and the ekstra strain on the db wouldn't be a problem.

well the who's online hack for v1.1.3/4 works in a way that shows when a person is replying to a thread - but not sure how will go with v2 ?

On our boards, there are times when two or three people are replying at a time to a particular thread. I think something like this would cause havoc on most systems.

The who's online hack is good though. It basically reads the session table and tells you where everyone is and what they are doing.
