[SUGGESTION] Avatar Management System

Has the "Avatar" management system been finalized? It seems rather confusing the way the Avatar system is set up. The less clicks the users have to make, the better. Perhaps the "Change Avatar" button can be eliminated and the avatar options can appear right under "Edit Options"? Also, if someone is to type in a url or select a custom avatar from their harddrive, the "use custom avatar" option should be automatically changed to YES.

Just a couple ideas. I think this area can be improved.

for my own purposes, I don't think one more click makes a difference. This is something that is going to increase our bandwidth usage, so every ad view helps, right? I don't think my users will complain about having to click one more time to get a custom avatar. I forced one under my name a long time ago telling them that when we could afford it, I would make sure they had them, too :)
