Is it possible and how?

Silly question

I have a specialty section on my board. There is a few sections that I would like to have in another subdomain on the same server. is it possible to do this? Is there a way to have this section appear in subdomain A and Subdomain B at the same time. Running of course off the same database and have the same users? How would I go about implimenting this?

ANy input on this would be helpful as I have no idea if it can be done.
