I 'm looking for servers with mod_gzip installed and enabled for a Vbulletin board and a php site ? Gzip saves a lot of bandwith ($).

ZeonHost (http://www.zeonhost.com/) supports all you said and more. Their plans (http://www.zeonhost.com/hosting/shared/comparison.php) start at $9.95(monthly)/$89.95(yearly)

ICDSoft (http://www.icdsoft.com/) also has gzip enabled for vBulletin.
Web hosting at ICDSoft costs only $5/month. Plus, if you register your domain with them, domain renewal is only $5/year.
The catch is that ICDSoft only provides 5 Gig bandwidth... extra bandwidth costs more. This makes ICDSoft an excellent choice for small boards, such as mine... but very large boards will not find their package to be cost-effective, I think.
