[bug?] Birthday Emails

As I don't know how the emails are sent wishing users a Happy Birthday, but I have only registred once and got one email at 05:50AM and one at 20:02.

The log shows that you were only sent an email at 21:01 (your 20:02).

Thats strange as I have two in my inbox both from "Jupiter Development Forums Mailer" however the headers are different for each one, I can email them to you if you like.
